Lu BLUE leaves its mark; the blue eye and the graffiti spray is the main tool of the great Russian artist that puts an end to Banksy's superiority.

The gigantic paintings full of charm and sensitivity, would only enter famous museums, similar formats obey the art of the great masters. That is one of the differences with Banksy and her, the ability of the young Russian to ‘know how to scale’ her large-format drawings on the wall. Lu Blue’s extensive collection of public works includes her best interpretations of ART STREET in Putin's Russia.

With more than a decade of experience, our Russian artist is an icon of female - sexy urban art; exalts love without barriers, in a journey that explores the limits of the feeling of Russian society that is undergoing a profound change since 1999, the time of the USSR.

Lu BLUE is from the westernized generation, she recovers the art of the Hermitage Museum, between figuration and realism, from there she raises her own style outside the museum, reaching the social space so that it is visible in the same daily environment, to prevent oblivion of history.

There, where the abandoned memories were left, the time of their parents and grandparents, that of the generation of Yuri Gagarin (the world's first astronaut who reached space in his Boctok-1 capsule), between walls and shadows, in silence...

Lu's painting appears like a ghost to remain eternally on those walls.

Lu BLUE, gives life, illuminates the walls of the suburb, overcoming risks in the heights, climbs the scaffolding and ladders, climbs the cornices, there are no borders, no barriers, perhaps to make it clear that nothing ends, that we can sow hope for a better world, where the present is yesterday, and tomorrow is today.

The young LU BLUE is a multidisciplinary artist, and she also plays the piano and sings. Music, high fashion design, interior decoration of commercial premises, include the production of her works, as well as large-format paintings on canvas, which together form an important artistic production.

Her extensive body of works reveals her interior, pronouncing on social issues set in monochromatic blue, extolling love without barriers, exploring the limits of feeling in today's Russian society, and exposing stunning nudes on walls, thus provoking the world.

In music, accompanied by her piano or guitar, she sings Dita Redrum, Grim Blanket, Branchet Hands... She likes to work with distinctive styles and tendencies, to experiment discovering for herself and for others something new in creativity. ‘In one of these "Vos interior" projects, I sang and drew at the same time on the walls of "Cinesthesia".’

Lu BLUE participates annually in numerous local and international exhibitions and festivals.
