ABOUT US

We offer international services to artists and art galleries

MOOD Art Fair collaborates closely with other art galleries, such as DgArt Gallery and Galería Áurea in Madrid and Antonella Viazzi Gallery in Uruguay. It is dedicated to showcasing contemporary art by emerging artists who are breaking new ground by combining the language and codes of high culture with social subcultures. Without adhering to conventions or definitions, the gallery features innovative artists working on a wide variety of media whose works are largely characterized by strong graphic and abstract visual language. With a new project-based approach, the gallery's goal is to challenge perceptions of art embedded in street culture and push it into new

media and territories.

Founded in 2005, DgArt Gallery grew out of a series of exhibitions in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. After working for several years in two art galleries, the director decided in 2017 to move to Spain where he established his permanent location in the north of the country, near the famous Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao. MOOD Art Fair now participates in major international art fairs such as SCOPE New York, Art Rotterdam and Amsterdam Drawing. Since the founding of MOOD Art

Fair and DgArt Gallery, galleries have been committed to exploring the limits of contemporary art and its accessibility to a broader audience.

ART FOR ALL

'Culture is a right'

At MOOD Art Fair we are convinced that art must be part of everyone's life. Culture is a right and we have a vision without elitism or pretense. We firmly believe in bringing art closer to people.

Art must be promoted beyond local and national borders. Many of your future clients are outside your country, and therefore you must promote yourself internationally.

All artists and art galleries have the right to offer their services and request our collaboration. Art is a cultural power worldwide, and we have a duty to promote it.

GUARANTEED QUALITY

Vision

MOOD Art Fair has a long history in the art world. It was founded in 2005 in Stockholm, Sweden, on the premises of Galleri Micro, which later became Galleri 40 and now, under new ownership, bears the name of Galleri Movitz. Our vision is very clear about our objectives.

First, we offer the art-loving public the opportunity to enjoy and choose works by both professional and emerging artists. We do not close the doors to emerging artists.

Second, we promote artists through special exhibitions and at art fairs.

There is only one valuable thing in art: the things you cannot explain.'

– Georges Braque

The works of art are divided into two categories: the ones I like and the ones I don't like.

I don't know any other criteria.'

– Antón Chejov
